ACV launches travel agent toolkit for Asia, South America, Oceania & beyond

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has launched a new travel agent toolkit for its tours in Asia, South America, Oceania and beyond.

The guide also features an expanded portfolio of destinations and cruises across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Morocco, Dubai, and Central and South America.

Designed to support travel professionals, the resource simplifies trip planning while showcasing the latest itineraries and offerings. It comes as ACV celebrates its 50th anniversary.

“We’re thrilled to introduce our 2025 Asia, South America, Oceania & Beyond Travel Agent Toolkit as we celebrate 50 years of making travel dreams come true,” said Erminia Gallina, director of sales at Air Canada Vacations, in a press release. “This resource reflects our commitment to supporting travel agents with innovative tools to inspire their clients and streamline the planning process. It also helps advisors navigate our expanded product offerings and discover efficient ways to search, sell, and book with ease.”

What’s new for 2025?

The latest edition introduces over 100 expertly=curated tour packages and cruises, offering Canadians more ways to explore the world.

New destinations include Morocco, Brazil, Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, India, and China, with Chile coming soon.

Travellers can choose from guided, and self-guided experiences, with English-speaking guides available for all tours and French-speaking guides for select destinations like Japan, South Korea, and Thailand.

The toolkit offers easy access to detailed itineraries through direct links.

It includes helpful planning guides and a “Flying at a Glance” overview, which highlights non-stop flights from Toronto to Brazil, Argentina (via Brazil), Chile, Colombia, and Mumbai, India.

Montreal now offers direct flights to Brazil and Colombia, while Vancouver adds new routes to Beijing, Auckland, and Manila.

With connections from over 50 Canadian airports, the new routes offer improved convenience and connectivity.

In addition, the toolkit provides a summary of Air Canada Vacations’ offerings, including car rentals, Aeroplan, travel protection, the Vacation and Cruise Promises, and the ACV&ME Rewards program.

For cruise enthusiasts, the updated toolkit features top cruise options across Asia, Oceania, Central and South America, and the Middle East, providing flexible Flight and Cruise. packages for seamless and stress-free travel.

Dream Bigger, See the World a success

The Asia, South America, Oceania & Beyond Travel Agent Toolkit was unveiled at the Air Canada Vacations’ Dream Bigger, See the World Cinema Event, hosted by Air Canada and Air Canada Vacations.

The event concluded Thursday (Feb. 20) at select Cineplex cinema venues, marking the first time it was held at this exclusive location. See PAX’s coverage from the Toronto event here.

With more than 400 travel pros in attendance, ACV welcomed esteemed tourism board representatives and cruise line partners, including Visit Australia, Celebrity Cruises, Visit Ireland, TripOppo, and Arabian Adventurers.

The event provided a fantastic opportunity for everyone to connect and dive into the latest travel trends, industry insights, and exciting highlights for the upcoming European and global travel season.
