Evenex Holdings acquires Neoteq, a technology-driven experience marketing agency, enhancing its capabilities in immersive brand activations and experiential marketing.

Evenex Holdings has announced that it has acquired Noeteq, an experience marketing agency known for growing brands through technology-led activations and events.

Recognised for their exceptional technical expertise and world-class production, Neoteq will evolve into a full-service experiential marketing agency under Evenex Holdings, which is backed by Airtree Ventures, Nash Capital and Skip Capital.

Founded in 2018, Neoteq has made a mark in the experience space for producing technology-based activation products for agencies supporting brands such as Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), Roger Dubuis, and Cotton On. It is also known for leading creative and production for clients such as SIDG, Monash University, PAX, Razer, Beulah International, Mirvac, Stockdale and Leggo, as well as being the production partner of choice for agencies delivering for Intel, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Australian Grand Prix, FIFA, Australian Open, Telstra, Chemist Warehouse among others.

This acquisition marks a new era for Neoteq under the leadership of event giant Evenex Holdings, who also owns and operates event management companies Arinex and Auaha, production company Arinex Live and evexus, an event management platform used by agencies and organisations globally.

Evenex Holdings Co-Founder and Chairman, Jordan Walsh says, “Technology is the driving force in experiential marketing and live events. When it comes to telling the brand story through activation, immersive environments and digital solutions are the edge that brands need to create content that makes an impact. Neoteq responds to this need and delivers solutions that guarantee high performance short-term marketing and long-term brand building. I have known Dion and the Neoteq team for many years and have always been incredibly impressed with their ability to push the limits of how technology can help activate brands.”

Evenex Holdings has appointed Maree Di Pasquale as the Neoteq CEO, who will spearhead the strategic growth of the business in the next chapter. Di Pasquale joins the group after 15-years in the creative industries where she has worked with leading global brands in the delivery of activations and experience across Hong Kong, Australia and the UAE.

Neoteq Founder, Dion Bastian comments, “When it came to selecting who would lead the business in this next chapter, it was clear that Jordan, Maree and Evenex Holdings, were the obvious choice. The success of Neoteq thus far has been innovation, and now the business has the leadership and further investment to deliver limitless potential for our corporate clients.”

Maree Di Pasquale, CEO of Neoteq says, “I am excited to build on the success of Neoteq, a company that already services an incredible portfolio of leading brands. Now a full-service, technology-led experience agency, we can meet the immediate needs of companies and events, delivering at the highest standard by using innovative strategies, concepts and solutions that are produced by a digital-first creative team.”
