IDM Provides Vacation Inspiration at the 2026 Astindo Travel Fair

InJourney Destination Management presents meaningful travel stories at the Astindo Travel Fair 2026 forum. At the event which took place at ICE BSD on February 5-8, 2026, IDM invited visitors to travel to destinations world heritage Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Ratu Boko Palace, Ramayana Prambanan and Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.

Astindo Travel Fair is a large international tourism and tourism destination forum that brings together directly traveler with various facilitators in the travel industry.

This event was attended by various airlines, tourist destinations, hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, cruise lines, transportation providers, resorts and spas, travel gear and apparel, tourism promotion agencies, insurance companies, banks, and government representatives. 

InJourney presenting seamless journey as the core of strengthening tourism ecosystem national, where traveler can enjoy the experience travel which is integrated and consistent at every stage.

InJourney Commercial Director Veronica H. Sisilia said that InJourney ensures that tourists can be connected in all lines, starting from trip planning, arrival at the airport, access to transportation and accommodation, to enjoying destinations and events, all touch point designed as a complete and memorable tourism experience, without barriers between entities.

“This approach ensures that tourists, both international and domestic, can enjoy an integrated and consistent travel experience at every stage, from trip planning and arrival at the airport, accessing transportation and accommodation, to enjoying the destination and various events,” he explained.

Indonesian Deputy Minister of Tourism Ni Luh Puspa stated that the 2026 Astindo Travel Fair is a crucial opportunity to maintain the positive growth trend of Indonesian tourism while strengthening collaboration between the government and industry.

“I invite all tourism industry players to continue collaborating. Our focus is not solely on visitor numbers, but on meaningful, sustainable tourism experiences that can stimulate the local economy,” explained Ni Luh Puspa in her opening remarks.

The Deputy Minister of Tourism stated that the national tourism sector’s performance throughout 2025 showed a very positive trend. This growth is the result of strong synergy between the government, industry players, and the community in developing increasingly high-quality and competitive Indonesian tourism.

Throughout 2025, the number of foreign tourist visits (wisman) was recorded at 15,39 million visits, or a growth of 10,80 percent compared to 2024. Meanwhile, the movement of domestic tourists reached 1,20 billion trips with a growth of 17,55 percent.

“The achievements we have achieved demonstrate the positive collaboration of all stakeholders in the tourism sector,” said Deputy Minister of Tourism Ni Luh Puspa.
